I recognize the vulnerability that the therapy space requires. It’s vital to me that you experience warmth, collaboration, and groundedness in the therapy space. I aim to create a space where you feel safe, respected, and genuinely heard. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you and focus on what matters most in your life.

As humans, we have the amazing ability to adapt and change. Whether you are facing acute issues impacting your daily life such as anxiety, PTSD, depression and addiction or if you want to do the deeper work and understand the root cause of your struggles — the therapy room is open to you. Therapy will always be beneficial and at other times, feels necessary. You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. If something feels hard, stuck, lonely, confusing, or heavy—or if you want support understanding yourself better—therapy can be helpful.

I’m happy to offer in-person therapy and telehealth to my clients.
Virtual sessions are very beneficial and convenient. Telehelath often allow clients to access therapy more regularly because of the flexibility this platform allows.
As much as possible, I enjoy offering therapy in-person. As embodied people, getting to sit with clients in the room offers an added benefit to connection and communication through non verbals that can be very impactful for the therapeutic process.
